Dr. Davis attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1970-1973 graduating magna cum lauda as a James Scholar. In 1977 he earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Lutheran General Hospital in 1980 and was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine the same year. From 1981 to 1984 he was a resident in Neurology at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California and was certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology(in Neurology) in 1986.
Since 1984 Dr. Davis has been on the attending staff at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL and is currently on the medical staff at Skokie Hospital and Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines, IL.
During his career, Dr. Davis has served as a clinical assistant professor of Neurology at the University of Chicago and as a clinical investigator for several pharmaceutical drug trials. In addition, he remains actively involved with the residency teaching programs at Lutheran General Hospital. He has been a member of the American Academy of Neurology since 1981 and is a current member of the Chicago Neurological Society.
Dr. Davis is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) (in Neurology) and by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
His primary clinical interests include movement disorders such as Parkison's disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, Botox® for management of numerous neurological conditions, electromyography, headache and stroke, and Baclofen pump management.

Dr. Rubinstein completed undergraduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and earned his medical degree from the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago in 1986. He completed his internship in internal medicine, his residency in neurology, and his fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at the University of Chicago, and was appointed as a clinical assistant professor of neurology.
Dr. Rubinstein has served on the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of Illinois advisory board since 1991. He is the medical director of the Sleep Disorders center at Advocate Luthern General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. He has also conducted research in the field of neurology, is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Rubinstein is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology, and the American Board of Sleep Medicine. His primary clinical interests include multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, and sleep medicine.

Dr. Wolf received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1977. He completed his internship in internal medicine in 1978 at the UCLA Hospital and Clinics in Los Angeles, California. He performed his neurology residency at the University of Chicago in 1982.
Having provided research support for neurology studies, Dr. Wolf is also a clinical associate of neurology at the University of Chicago. He is the director of neurologic education and an associate director of the neurology division at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. He is on the medical staff of both Skokie Hospital and Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines. He is also on the board of governors of the American Heart Association of Metropolitan Chicago.
Dr. Wolf is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and is also certified in neurorehabilitation by the American Society of Neurorehabilitation. His primary clinical interests include cerebral vascular disease, dizziness, EMG (electromyogram), headaches, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, seizure disorders, and Botox® for management of numerous neurological conditions. Dr. Wolf also performs skin biopsy analysis for small fiber neuropathy and Baclofen pump refills and management.

Dr. Tumashova received her medical degree from the Smolensk Medical State Institute in Smolensk, Russia, in 1992. She performed her neurology residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois and and has completed a neurophysiology/epilepsy fellowship at the Rush-Presbyterian-St.
Luke Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Tumashova is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), and certified by the American Board of Sleep Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. She is an attending staff neurologist at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. She is on the medical staff of both Skokie Hospital and Holy Family Medical Center in Des Plaines. In addition to general neurology, her primary clinical interests are in epilepsy and headaches. Dr. Tumashova also performs skin biopsy analysis for small fiber neuropathys and does magnet programming for Vagus Nerve Simulation(VNS) therapy for help in treatment of epilepsy.
